1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy) govern your use of the Million8 accessible via our official website. By accessing, registering, or using any part of the Million8 platform, you agree to be fully bound by these terms.

These terms apply to all platform users, including visitors browsing without a registered account, registered members, and any party using our services in any capacity. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

2. Member Eligibility

To register and use the Million8 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Acting on your own behalf, and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• Not listed on any self-exclusion or prohibited persons register maintained by a relevant regulatory body.
• Not having a diagnosed gambling problem or being registered with any self-exclusion programme.
• Depositing funds using a valid payment method that belongs to you — including Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, or FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other major Malaysian banks).

Million8 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm member eligibility. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

3. Account Registration

Each member is only permitted to have one (1) active account on the Million8 platform. Holding multiple accounts, whether in your own name or using another person's information, is strictly prohibited and considered a serious violation of these Terms & Conditions.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. All information provided must be:

• Full name as shown on a valid Malaysian identity card or passport.
• An active phone number that can be reached.
• A valid email address that belongs to you.
• Your correct date of birth for age verification purposes.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Million8 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.

4. Deposit & Withdrawal

The Million8 platform supports a wide range of local Malaysian payment methods for members' convenience. Deposits and withdrawals are processed in accordance with the following policies:

• Minimum Deposit: RM50 per transaction.
• Minimum Withdrawal: RM100 per request.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: 1–24 working hours upon approval of verification.
• Support Channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and all major Malaysian banks).

All withdrawals will be processed using the same payment method as the original deposit. Million8 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal for anti-money laundering (AML) compliance purposes. Withdrawal requests that cannot be verified within 7 working days may be cancelled and credited back to the account.

5. Bonus & Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by Million8 — including the Welcome Bonus, weekly cashback, reload bonuses, and VIP programme — are subject to their respective specific terms and conditions. The following general principles apply to all promotions:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any withdrawal is permitted.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses obtained through false information or fraudulent activity will be forfeited without notice.
• Million8 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Any unused bonus value will expire automatically once the promotion period ends.

In the event of any dispute over the interpretation of promotion terms, Million8's decision is final and binding.

6. Betting Rules

Million8 offers a wide range of betting options covering slots, baccarat, Live Casino, and Sports Betting including football (Malaysia Super League, EPL), badminton, cricket, and e-sports. All bets are subject to the following rules:

• Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the system cannot be cancelled or modified.
• Million8 reserves the right to void any bets accepted as a result of technical errors or incorrect odds.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game type and will be displayed within the game interface.
• Game results generated by a certified RNG system are final.
• In the event of a dispute over Sports Betting results, official data from the event organiser will be used as the reference.

7. Responsible Gaming

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on the Million8 platform and may result in immediate account closure:

• Use of automated software, bots, or any tools designed to manipulate the gaming system.
• Collusion between players to gain an unfair advantage in poker or other table games.
• Money laundering or using the platform for any unlawful activity.
• Registering an account using a false identity or misleading information.
• Abusing bonuses or promotions through unintended methods (bonus abuse).
• Any form of threats, harassment, or abusive language directed at staff or other members.

9. Account Closure & Suspension

Million8 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time if there is reasonable cause to believe these terms have been violated. In such cases, any valid balance (after deducting bonuses that do not meet the required conditions) will be returned to the member within a reasonable timeframe.

Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 3 working days.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, Million8 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of this platform. Our total liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

The collection and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy which forms part of this agreement. By registering, you consent to us processing your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, including for identity verification, legal compliance, and service improvement purposes.

12. Amendments to Terms

Million8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page with a clearly indicated update date. Your continued use of our platform after any amendments are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
